The Seahawks will have their second prime-time game of the season on Monday night vs. the Houston Texans.

"Just had a really good practice," head coach Mike Macdonald said. "Good week of work, so far. It's Friday as far as we're concerned and we're kind of operating accordingly throughout the weekend into the game."

Seattle will look to improve to 5-2 on Monday, as well as get a win at Lumen Field, something that has been a point of emphasis for Macdonald and the team. This week though, Seattle will get back cornerback Riq Woolen who is returning from a concussion.

"He's had a great week of practice," Macdonald said on Woolen. "Told him yesterday, I'm really excited to see him play, so I can't wait to see him go out there and do his thing."

Woolen said, "I'm feeling good. I feel like my regular self again. I'm very excited [to play] because I hate missing time. This is part of the season where things, as a team, start to move into the right direction and make those strides throughout the season."

Seahawks linebacker Derick Hall (oblique) will not play for the second week in a row, but Macdonald did say the expectation is to have Hall ready to go after the Seahawks bye week following the game against the Texans.

"He's coming along," Macdonald said. "He's not going to play this game, but we should expect him back after the bye."

Cornerback Devon Witherspoon (knee), safety Julian Love (hamstring) and tackle Josh Jones (ankle) are questionable for Monday. Witherspoon was a full participant in Saturday's practice, and Love and Jones were limited.

Macdonald said Witherspoon, Love and Jones will not need to do pregame workouts to determine their availability.

Along with the injury news, Macdonald did say that linebacker Drake Thomas who is, "tough as nails," will get the start alongside Ernest Jones IV on Monday.

"Everyone's always competing, but Drake's going to start, as he's earned it. I keep saying it, but T-Knight (Tyrice Knight) is doing a great job as well. He's competing, practicing hard, knows what to do. He's been great in the meeting rooms. He's doing a great job for Jay (Harbaugh)."
