The Seattle Seahawks are partnering with Ames Brothers for the third-annual annual Gameday Poster Series. The series gives fans memorable gameday posters for each home game with distinct and unique graphic designs by local artists for each home game. Each poster has a locally designed graphic that is printed in limited quantities, as well as the opponent and date of the game.

The funds from this year's series will be used to benefit the Urban ArtWorks organization. Urban ArtWorks mission is to "engage youth and communities in the creation of public art that inspires connections and honors their voices."

Chris Schultz, a Montana native is a graphic designer by trade and a freelancer by night. Some of his work includes designing hotel identities to logos and custom apparel graphics.

Schultz, who once lived in Seattle, knows what it is like to be a part of the 12s, being able to participate in the Gameday Poster Series is something he is thankful for as a fan and an artist. "I look forward to sharing my poster with Seahawks fans and getting my work out to a new audience. It's really important as a designer to get in front of people and to stay relevant, so this is an incredible opportunity."

And while Schultz is excited to travel back to Seattle and make new memories with his wife and two kids at Thursday night's game, he is thrilled to be able to see some of his favorite players such as Bobby Wagner and Russell Wilson play on the field. Wilson himself is part of the inspiration for Schultz's posters, "The poster design is a Seahawk mascot character, that I would describe as a gentle-hawk of sport and leisure," Schultz explained "He's kind of a cross between Russell Wilson and Ron Burgundy. He can be found fireside in his Snoqualmie lodge, with a cable knit sweater and a glass of scotch, carefully planning his next game. He pilots seaplanes, loves the #12 and dominates fashion and football."

The posters will be unveiled the Tuesday prior to each home game and available for purchase in the Seahawks Mobile App at Seahawks.com/GamedayPosters. There will be 250 standard edition posters going on sale on the Tuesday before each home game for $50 each. Twelve additional platinum edition posters will be up for auction the Monday following each home game on the Seahawks Auctions website.
