The Seahawks welcomed back two important pieces of their offense for Monday night's game, with running backs Jadarian Price and Zach Charbonnet both returning from injuries.

With the offense as a whole struggling to get on track in an eventual 34-17 loss to the Bears, neither Charbonnet nor Price was able to put up big numbers, though both had a few nice moments. Most importantly, both came out of the game doing OK, physically, head coach Mike Macdonald said after the game.

"To my knowledge, the running backs came out OK, so we'll see were that goes," Macdonald said.

Neither Charbonnet, who was playing for the first time since tearing his ACL last January, nor Price, who missed four games on injured reserve with a chest injury, had a huge workload in their first game back -- they combined for 16 carries for 52 yards -- but the game was an important step as both work their way back.

"I feel pretty good," Charbonnet said after the game, acknowledging that he isn't sure how he'll feel in the next few days having not been tackled since his last game, a Divisional Round win over the 49ers in January.

Said Price,: "I felt good after a 60-minute game, so we'll just keep going from there."

As for new injuries coming out of the game, defensive tackle Leonard Williams exited late in the third quarter with a stinger and did not return. Williams stayed on the sideline, without his helmet, to support his teammates the rest of the game, but did not make it back onto the field.

"Leo had a stinger, and we'll see how that shakes out," Macdonald said.

Macdonald also announced that outside linebacker Connor O'Toole came out of the game with a foot injury.
