On Tuesday, Blitz made a quick trip down to Pasadena, Calif. to team up with the Los Angeles Rams and its mascot, Rampage, to provide local youth at the Boys and Girls Club of Pasadena with new Nike shoes. This was the first time two NFL mascots have teamed up to represent that football is family.

The donation of $10,000 worth of shoes was made as part of Blitz's Kicks4Kids program, a charitable initiative that provides shoes and support to kids and families in need. And after the Los Angeles community was impacted by the Eaton Fires that broke out in early January and burned over 14,000 acres, youth in the area were in need of new shoes.

Seattle Seahawks Legends Jeron Johnson, Jon Ryan, Dave DesRochers and Walter Thurmond met up with Blitz to help pass out shoes at the Boys & Girls Club. This event was also part of the Seahawks 50th season "Impacting 50 Communities" initiative to make a difference in 50 different communities throughout the season.

While volunteering at a Seahawks Blood Drive hosted at Lumen Field, Seahawks and Delta employees surprised long-time American Red Cross community member, Terry Liikala, with the Delta Community Captain award. As a passionate and active Red Cross volunteer, Terry has served in multiple roles including disaster responder, blood donor, and blood donor ambassador.
