The Seahawks' 2015 schedule was officially released this past Tuesday and it features a franchise-record five primetime games.

Here at Seahawks.com, we're taking a closer look at each of the club's regular-season matchups. Our 2015 schedule series started Wednesday with a closer look at Weeks 1-4, continued Thursday with Weeks 5-8, and Friday with Weeks 9-13.

Today we examine Weeks 14-17, when the Seahawks will wrap-up the regular season with games against the Baltimore Ravens, Cleveland Browns, St. Louis Rams, and Arizona Cardinals.

Week 14: at Baltimore Ravens (Sunday Night Football)

UPDATE: *The Seahawks Week 14 game against the Baltimore Ravens has been flexed out of primetime. Kickoff is now at 10 a.m. PT with television coverage on FOX (channel 13 in Seattle). *

When: Sunday, Dec. 13, 5:30 p.m. PT, NBC

Where: M&T Bank Stadium

Last Time: Steven Hauschka booted five field goals and Marshawn Lynch ran for 109 yards and a touchdown to lead a 22-17 win over the Ravens in 2011 at CenturyLink Field.

What It Means: Unless one of the team's final three Sunday afternoon games gets flexed into the evening slot, the road trip to Baltimore represents the final regular-season primetime matchup for the Seahawks. It will be Seattle's third game of 2015 on NBC's Sunday Night Football, with the previous two coming against the Green Bay Packers on the road in Week 2 and against the Cardinals at home in Week 10. The Seahawks own a record of 13-1 in primetime games under head coach Pete Carroll.

Worth Noting: The Seahawks have never won a road game against the Ravens, dropping a 44-41 overtime decision in 2003 and a 31-24 game in 1997.

Week 15: vs Cleveland Browns

When: Sunday, Dec. 20, 1:05 p.m. PT, FOX

Where: CenturyLink Field

Last Time: The Browns took a 6-3 win over the Seahawks in 2011 behind two field goals from then-Browns kicker Phil Dawson. Seattle defensive end Red Bryant blocked two field goal attempts on the day, but the Seahawks offense sputtered to just 137 total yards behind backup quarterback Charlie Whitehurst.

What It Means: The Seahawks return home after playing two straight road games against the Vikings and Ravens. Defensive lineman Ahtyba Rubin, who the Seahawks signed in free agency from the Browns this offseason, gets a chance to go against his former team.

Worth Noting: In that 2011 loss, the Seahawks were without running back Marshawn Lynch, who was sidelined from the start with back spasms.

Week 16: vs St. Louis Rams

When: Sunday, Dec. 27, 1:25 p.m. PT, FOX

Where: CenturyLink Field

Last Time: The Seahawks closed the 2014 regular season with a 20-6 win over the Rams at CenturyLink Field. Earlier in the year, St. Louis got the best of Seattle, 28-26, with some special teams trickery at the Edward Jones Dome.

What It Means: Seattle's final regular-season game at CenturyLink Field comes against a St. Louis side that hasn't beat the Seahawks in the Emerald City since the 2004 season, a stretch of 10 straight losses for the Rams.

Worth Noting: It's the first time in three years the Seahawks and Rams will not meet in the regular-season finale.

Week 17: at Arizona Cardinals

When: Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016, 1:25 p.m. PT, FOX

Where: University of Phoenix Stadium

Last Time: The Seahawks took care of the Cardinals twice last season - a 19-3 win at home and 35-6 win at Glendale's University of Phoenix Stadium. The Cardinals were without starting quarterback Carson Palmer both times, going with backup Drew Stanton during the meeting in Seattle and third-stringer Ryan Lindley in the game at Arizona.

What It Means: Seattle's final regular-season test comes against a team that will likely be battling the Seahawks for the top spot in the NFC West. Seattle won the division a year ago with a record of 12-4, while the Cardinals finished with an 11-5 mark to secure a wild-card spot in the NFC playoffs.

Worth Noting: The visit will mark the first return-trip to the Arizona desert since the team's ill-fated finish to Super Bowl XLIX that saw Russell Wilson's goal-line pass intended for Ricardo Lockette get intercepted by Patriots cornerback Malcolm Butler, sealing a 28-24 win for New England.
