The Seahawks pulled off a comeback for the ages to beat the Rams 38-37 in overtime on Thursday night to take the lead in the NFC West and move atop the NFC standings with two games remaining.

In addition to that final score, here are 12 numbers that help tell the story of Thursday night's win:

12

Wins for the Seahawks this season, marking the sixth time in team history they've won 12 or more games, having also done so in 2020, 2014, 2013, 2005 and 1984. That 12th win clinched a playoff berth, Seattle's first under Mike Macdonald, and more importantly, moved them into the NFC's No. 1 seed with two games left.

16

The deficit the Seahawks faced after the Rams scored early in the fourth quarter to make it 30-14. Heading into Thursday's game, the Seahawks were 0-172, postseason included, when trailing by 15 or more points in the fourth quarter.

3

Successful 2-point conversions in the fourth quarter and overtime, marking the first time in franchise history the Seahawks have had three 2-point conversions in one game. The last team to have three in a game was Dallas in 2020.

1

The difference in both points and yards gained by the Rams and Seahawks over the course of two games this season. In two down-to-the wire games, the Rams have scored 58 points and gained 830 total yards, while the Seahawks have 57 points and 829 yards.

101 and 2

Yards and touchdowns, for Sam Darnold, on 8 of 12 passing to close out the game after his second interception, with one of those incompletions being a spike to stop the clock. Darnold also completed two 2-point conversions that did not count towards those numbers.

4

Fourth-quarter punts forced by Seattle's defense, including three straight three-and-outs, setting up the offense and special teams to make the comeback happen.

24

Consecutive games without allowing a 100-yard rusher, the longest active streak in the NFL and tied for the longest in franchise history that was set from 2014-2016.

58

Length of Rashid Shaheed's punt return touchdown, which helped spark the comeback. Shaheed, who had a 100-yard kick return touchdown against the Falcons two weeks ago, is the only player in the league with kick and punt return touchdowns this season, and he's the third player in Seahawks history to have both in one season along with Tyler Lockett (2015) and Nate Burleson (2007).

171

Rushing yards for the Seahawks, their second-highest total of the season.

164

Scrimmage yards for Kenneth Walker III, his most in a game this season. Walker had 100 rushing yards on 11 carries, including a 55-yard touchdown that was his longest touchdown since his rookie season, as well as a 46-yard reception on a screen pass that set up Seattle's first touchdown.

104

Receptions for Jaxon Smith-Njigba after he added eight more in Thursday's game, breaking the franchise single-season record of 100 that he previously shared with Tyler Lockett. Smith-Njigba also became the sixth player in league history to with two 100-catch, 1,000-yard seasons in his first three seasons along with Anquan Boldin, Justin Jefferson, Brandon Marshall, Amon-Ra St. Brown and Michael Thomas.

225

Receiving yards for Rams receiver Puka Nacua, the second most by a Seahawks opponent in franchise history. Oddly enough, the Seahawks are now 4-0 all time when allowing a 200-yard receiver.
