The Seahawks are back in the NFC championship game for the first time in 11 years thanks to a dominant 41-6 divisional round victory over the 49ers. The Seahawks made plays in all three phases on their way to what head coach Mike Macdonald called “probably the most complementary game we’ve played up to this point."

In addition to that lopsided final score, here are 12 numbers that help tell the story of Saturday night's win over the 49ers.

3

Times the Seahawks have hosted an NFC championship game and next weekend will make it four times. In each of the previous three seasons in which the Seahawks hosted an NFC championship game, 2005, 2013 and 2014, they won to advance to the Super Bowl.

35

Seattle's margin of victory, tied for the largest in a postseason game in franchise history, with the other occurrence being the 43-8 Super Bowl XLVIII win over the Broncos. The 41 points scored were tied for the second most in a playoff game in team history, matching the total from the "Beast Quake" win over the Saints.

0

Touchdowns allowed by the Seahawks in two straight games against the 49ers, who totaled just three field goals in those games. In their last four games not against the Seahawks, including a wild card win over the Eagles, the 49ers averaged 37.5 points per game.

As ESPN's Benjamin Solak noted, in nine seasons as a head coach, Kyle Shanahan's teams have been held under seven points only four times, with two of those games coming in the past three weeks against the Seahawks.

95

Length of Rashid Shaheed's kick return touchdown, the longest in Seahawks postseason history. It was also Shaheed's third return touchdown since joining the Seahawks in a midseason trade having also returned a kickoff for a touchdown against Atlanta, and a punt for a touchdown to spark a comeback in a Week 16 win over the Rams.

2

Turnovers caused by linebacker Ernest Jones IV, who forced a fumble in the first half, with Julian Love recovering, and intercepted a Brock Purdy pass in the second half. During the regular season, Jones became the first linebacker since 2013 to have at least 125 tackles and five interceptions, helping him earn second-team All-Pro honors.

128

Net passing yards for the 49ers, their second lowest total this season, ahead of only their 120-yard passing performance against the Seahawks in Week 18.

3

Takeaways for Seattle's defense, which in addition to Jones' takeaways, also got a forced fumble from DeMarcus Lawrence, which was recovered by Nick Emmanwori. In addition to those three turnovers, the Seahawks also got three fourth-down stops.

0

Turnovers committed by Seattle's offense, marking the first time the Seahawks have had consecutive turnover-free games.

175

Rushing yards for the Seahawks, making it four straight games with at least 160 rushing yards.

116 and 3

Rushing yards and touchdowns for Kenneth Walker III on 19 carries. Walker became just the second Seahawk, along with Shaun Alexander, to have three rushing touchdowns in a postseason game, and he is the Seahawks' first 100-yard rusher in a playoff game since Thomas Rawls in the wild card round nine years ago.

60

Yards on five catches for Cooper Kupp, both of which led the team on a day the Seahawks had only 124 passing yards.

110.9

Sam Darnold's passer rating after completing 12 of 17 passes for 124 yards and a touchdown, his best rating since Seattle's Week 14 win over the Falcons.

The Seahawks defeated the San Francisco 49ers in dominant fashion in the NFC Divisional Round matchup at Lumen Field. Check out the best postgame celebration photos from the win.
