2025 SEAHAWKS MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS WELLNESS ROOM GRANT APPLICATION

To continue supporting mental health efforts, the Seahawks have established a Mental Health Matters Grant to assist our communities in their journey to creating safe spaces in community centers, shelters and more. Applicants must be located in Seahawks market of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Hawaii or Alaska.

Thanks to support from the Vitalogy Foundation, the Mental Health Matters Grant funding will be matched to provide ever greater access to underserved communities in the Pacific Northwest. The Vitalogy Foundation was founded by Seattle music icons, Pearl Jam, and seeks to support opportunities that value people's minds, bodies, and souls. 

Eligibility Requirements and Guidelines:

  • Organization must provide programs or services in one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, Hawaii or Idaho.
  • Organization may only complete one application per calendar year (Jan. 1 – Dec. 31).
  • This grant will not be awarded to an organization to fund: fundraising support (special event tables, event sponsorships, auction items, etc.), administration/operating costs, religious organizations, individuals, endowments or other reserve funds, annual memberships, political campaigns, conferences, workshops, group or individual trips, and/or individuals who are fundraising on behalf of a charity.
  • Completing this grant application does not guarantee funding from the Seattle Seahawks.
  • Due to the volume of applications, we do not provide feedback on applications that are not selected for the Mental Health Matters Grant. All communications are limited to the final selection.
  • Applications must be submitted between 12:00am Pacific Time (PT) on December 12, 2025 and 11:59pm PT on January 12, 2026

Eligibility will be assessed based on the submission of this online application. Requests received via email, regular mail, fax, phone, etc., will not be accepted.
