Seahawks High School Girls Flag Championships Ticket Terms

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND OTHERWISE MATERIALLY AFFECT THE HOLDER'S LEGAL RIGHTS. by USING OR tendering this ticket and entering the Venue, THE Holder is deemed to have read these Terms and agreed to be bound by them. IF HOLDER DOES NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, HOLDER MUST NOT ENTER THE VENUE OR LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

Applicability of Terms and Conditions

This ticket is a revocable license that grants the Holder a one-time admission to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center campus located at 12 Seahawks Way, Renton, WA 98056 (the, "Venue") to attend and observe the Seahawks High School Girls Flag Football Championship and related activities (collectively, the "Event"). The person using or tendering this ticket, or otherwise seeking admission to the Event pursuant to this ticket, on behalf of him/herself and any accompanying minors (collectively, "Holder"), agrees that such license is subject to and governed by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Failure to comply with any of these Terms shall result in forfeiture of this license and waiver of all rights arising hereunder and shall entitle Football Northwest LLC (d/b/a Seattle Seahawks) ("FNW") to pursue all available remedies. FNW may, in its sole discretion, refuse or revoke admission or eject the Holder for any reason.

Compliance With Applicable Policies

The Holder must comply with FNW's policies, including security policies, codes of conduct, recording policies, health and safety policies and assessments, and bag policies. Holder and his/her belongings may be searched and/or assessed prior to and/or upon entry into the Venue and/or other checkpoints. Prohibited items may be confiscated and/or Holder may be denied admission or have admission revoked at any time at the sole discretion of FNW. Holder consents to all such searches and assessments and waives all claims related to them. If Holder refuses to submit to any such search or assessment, Holder acknowledges that FNW has the right to deny admission or to eject Holder from the Event. FNW reserves the right to deny admission to or eject any person who, in FNW's sole discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable code of conduct, poses a risk to the health and safety of other attendees, or is otherwise disorderly.

Assumption of Risk; Release, Waiver, and Covenant Not to Sue

HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT, including the risk of personal injury and death, exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria, or illnesses or the causes thereof, or lost, stolen, or damaged property, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, however caused, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers, EVEN IF CAUSED BY FNW'S NEGLIGENCE.

Holder releases and covenants not to sue FNW, the National Football League ("NFL"), and their respective affiliates, designees, licensees, agents, owners, officers, directors, employees, sponsors, and contractors (and all employees of such contractors) (collectively, the "Released Parties") with respect to any and all claims that Holder may have (or hereafter accrue) against any of the Released Parties that arise out of or relate to in any way to (1) Holder's transportation to, entry into, or presence within or around, the Venue, and (2) any interaction or transaction between Holder and any Released Parties prior to, during, or otherwise in connection with the Event, in each case whether caused by any action, inaction, or negligence of any Released Party.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS TICKET OR THE EVENT SHALL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN A MUTUALLY AGREED UPON LOCATION. HOLDER AND FNW AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION. THIS CLAUSE, INCLUDING ITS INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEMENT, IS GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT.

Right of Publicity

Holder acknowledges that the Event (including, without limitation, all participants and invitees) will be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. Holder grants irrevocable permission to FNW, the NFL, and their respective sponsors, licensees, advertisers, broadcasters, designees, partners, and agents to capture, use, publish, distribute, edit, modify, and/or alter Holder's image, likeness, voice, actions, and statements in any medium, including any marketing materials, audio, video, film, photographs, social media, exhibition, transmission, publication, or reproduction of the Event, for any purpose, worldwide, in perpetuity without further authorization or compensation, and Holder waives all claims and potential claims relating to such use unless, and only to the extent, prohibited by law.

Recording

Holder agrees not to create, transmit, display, distribute, exploit, misappropriate, or sell (or aid in such activity) (1) any description or account (whether text, data, or visual) of the Event or related events ("Data") for any commercial or non-personal purpose; (2) any images, videos, audio, or other form of display or public performance or reproduction of any portion of the Event or related events ("Works") for any commercial or non-personal purpose; or (3) livestreams of any portion of the Event or related events ("Livestreams"). By using or tendering this ticket and entering the Venue, the Holder is deemed to have signed the ticket and granted FNW and the NFL an exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to all rights associated with any Works, Livestreams, and Data. For purposes of clarity, publication and/or display of Data, Works, or Livestreams on social media platforms shall be deemed commercial and/or non-personal use hereunder.

Other Terms

These Terms are intended to be interpreted to the broadest extent permitted by law. If any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, then that part is to be construed by modifying it to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the rest of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect as written. "Including" means "including, without limitation." In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other terms related to the Holder's use of this ticket, these Terms shall supersede and govern to the extent of such conflict.
