Athletes participating in the Seattle Seahawks Flag Football League will enjoy access to premier playing facilities including Virginia Mason Athletic Center and Lumen Field, exclusive Seahawks and NFL gear and apparel, and appearances from past and present Seahawks players, Seahawks Dancers and fan favorite mascots, Blitz and Boom.

Tacoma Girls NFL Flag Football Club Jamboree

The Tacoma Girls NFL Flag Football Club kicked off their inaugural season with a jamboree on Saturday, May 8. Seahawks Legend Marcus Trufant, Blitz and the Seahawks Dancers were in attendance to speak, help out and perform at the event. The new girls flag football league features teams from 10 Pierce County high schools.

Youth flag football teams from across the country traveled to Silas High School in Tacoma, Washington to compete for an invitation to the 2022 NFL FLAG Bowl.
