Dance Background: 13 years of dance (hip hop, jazz, poms, etc.) and cheerleading. I started in little league and junior high school cheer while dancing at local companies in central Illinois. After dancing and cheering throughout high school and college, I danced semi professionally for local arena football and basketball teams for 5 seasons. My professional career led me to Seattle where I danced recreationally at Kirkland Dance Center and Westlake dance while performing at local events throughout the years.

Hobbies: People and physical activity are my passions, and I cherish any time I can spend with my closest relationships. Outside of my career and the Sea Gals, I enjoy group fitness, various dance classes, toastmasters, hiking, live music, motorcycle rides, and playing “tour guide” when my family visits Seattle.

Best Experience: After college I took a risk and a leap of faith when I decided to move from Illinois to Seattle by myself to pursue my career in business and in sales. Little did I know that I would still be here several years later with lifelong friends & mentors, a developing career in the healthcare industry, and the opportunity to cheer on the best team in the NFL.
How I Stay Fit: I do at least 90 minutes of physical activity everyday, 7 days a week. I love diversifying my workouts from running, lifting, barre, hot yoga, to even Beachbody INSANITY. My diet consists of mainly fruits, vegetables, fish and nuts. I always have a jar of raw almond butter in the cabinet!
