Dance Background: I was a studio/competitive dancer for 12 years and then after graduating high school, I went on to teaching dance classes and choreographing for a competitive dance team for 7 years.
Favorite Dance Style: Lyrical/Contemporary and Jazz
Favorite Seahawks Moment/Memory: There have been so many great memories with this organization from stepping on to the field on my first game day, to going out in to the community and meeting all the 12s, but there is one memory that I will not forget. That memory is when we got the opportunity to travel to Hong Kong with the Sea Gals. With me being half Japanese and half Chinese it was really special to get to see and experience a culture that was close to my family's origin. Along with getting to experience a difference culture, different food, and dance in the biggest parade that I have ever seen, it was really special to share it with some of my best friends.
Interesting Fact: I can turn my tongue in to a clover.

How I Stay Fit: I like to stay fit by keeping myself active and putting healthy foods into my body. I try to eat really well by getting my fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and lots of protein in to my body; that way I can fuel it properly to take on the day and have energy to workout. I love getting into the gym at least 5x a week and targeting different muscle groups everyday, and if I'm not going to the gym I love taking dance, barre, and cycle classes when I can.
