Seahawks High School Dance Intensive

Get ready, high school dancers! The Seahawks Dancers are launching the first ever High School Intensive, and you won't want to miss this opportunity to train with the pros inside the Virginia Mason Athletic Center (VMAC) on Saturday, October 17, 2026!

Open to dancers ages 14-18 at the Intermediate and Advanced levels, the Intensive delivers a full day of classes in Jazz, Jazz Pom, Hip Hop, and Contemporary, taught by the Seahawks Dancers, three breakout sessions, and a closing showcase where every dancer performs.
