Senior Executives

Chairman, Seattle Seahawks and First & Goal Inc.

Growing up in the Northwest, Paul G. Allen’s passion for football was kindled at a young age while attending University of Washington football games with his father. As the years passed, he developed a fondness for the Seattle Seahawks, his hometown NFL team. After purchasing the franchise in 1997, Allen set his sights on creating a playoff-caliber team and building a world-class, multifunctional stadium for the state of Washington.

President, CEO of Vulcan Sports and Entertainment

Named president of the Seattle Seahawks and First & Goal, Inc. on September 23, 2010, Peter McLoughlin is responsible for all financial and business operations, sales and marketing, sponsorship, and administration of the Seahawks. Additionally, as president of First & Goal, Inc., McLoughlin directs the management of CenturyLink Field, CenturyLink Field Event Center and WaMu Theater. He is the club’s chief representative at NFL owners meetings and also serves on NFL committees for Business Ventures, Digital Media, Stadium Security, Fan Behavior and E-commerce.

Executive Vice President/General Manager

John Schneider is General Manager of the Seattle Seahawks after having been named to the position January 19, 2010. In his role, he manages all aspects of the Seahawks roster and draft process while working collaboratively with Pete Carroll in all facets of the football operations department.

Chief Operating Officer

Chuck Arnold is in his 22nd season with the organization, being promoted to Chief Operat­ing Officer of the Seattle Seahawks and First and Goal Inc., in December of 2013. Arnold is responsible for increasing revenue across Corporate Partnership, Ticketing, Suites, and Retail. He also oversees the management of Marketing, Game Presentation, Community Relations, Fan Development, Information Technology, and Stadium Operations. During his time with the Seahawks, the team has set franchise records for new season tickets sold, overall season ticket base, average attendance and group sales.

Chief Financial Officer

Karen Spencer is responsible for the financial oversight of the Seahawks and First & Goal Inc. She is charged with establishing budgets, forecasting and managing cash flow. She also oversees the teams’ financial reporting and analysis as well as reporting to the Public Stadium Authority. Another aspect of this position is analyzing and handling economic challenges and opportunities as they relate to the National Football League.

Vice President of Business Strategy & Analytics

Dunn is responsible for providing strategic and analytical support to effect data-driven decision making across each department of the Seahawks business operations. He also leads special strategic initiatives, including major stadium capital projects.

Vice President of Community Relations

Mike Flood served as community outreach director for Football Northwest prior to joining the Seahawks. He helped spearhead the state-wide campaign that resulted in the passage of Referendum 48 to build the new football/soccer stadium and exhibition complex.

General Counsel & Vice President of Government Affairs

Ed Goines will administer the corporate legal affairs for the Seahawks and First & Goal and will be responsible for managing the organization's government relations strategy and policies. Goines joins the Seahawks after working most recently as assistant chief counsel for Disney Interactive/The Walt Disney Company.

Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration

Cindy Kelley was promoted to vice president on August 8, 2011, after spending 13 seasons as Director of Human Resources. She oversees this area for the Seahawks and First & Goal, Inc.

Senior Vice President of Communications & Broadcasting

Dave Pearson is entering his 24th season in the NFL and begins his 15th season with the Seahawks. Originally joining the Seahawks as director of public relations in 1998, he added the dayto- day oversight of the team’s broadcast department in 2004. He was promoted to vice president of communications and broadcasting on April 29, 2008.

Vice President of Corporate Partnerships & Suites

Amy Sprangers is responsible for leading all revenue generation across sponsorship sales, local media rights and suite sales with the objective to deliver exceptional programs that measurably grow the team's business and the business of its partners.

Vice President of Technology

Chip Suttles serves as vice president of technology with the Seahawks. He will be the voice in guiding the values and mission for the technology needs of the Seahawks and First & Goal, Inc. He will be responsible for aligning technology vision with the overall business strategy of the organization and increase the performance of the organization through modernizing technology to improve the customer experience and drive increased revenue. Areas of focus include: improved stadium technology, player performance analytics, CRM systems development, websites and social media enhancement.

Vice President of Football Administration

Matt Thomas joined the Seattle Seahawks after spending the three seasons with the Cleveland Browns in the same capacity. He began his NFL career in 1998 with the Miami Dolphins and spent 12 seasons with the club, spending 2009 as vice president/general counsel & football administration.
