Senior Executives

Founder and Chairman, Vulcan Inc.; Chairman Vulcan Sports & Entertainment

Mr. Allen’s love of football began as a boy when his dad would take him to games at Husky Stadium. The Seahawks moved to Anaheim, Calif. in 1996 and Paul was asked by community leaders to step in and help keep the Seahawks in Seattle. In 1997, Paul purchased the Seahawks after a public-private partnership was crafted and approved by Washington state voters to a build a new stadium, which turned out to be the loudest in the nation. With the 12s “All In,” the Seahawks transformed that championship dream into reality in February 2014, winning Super Bowl XLVIII.

President, CEO of Vulcan Sports and Entertainment

Named president of the Seattle Seahawks and First & Goal, Inc. on September 23, 2010, Peter McLoughlin is responsible for all financial and business operations, sales and marketing, sponsorship, and administration of the Seahawks.

Executive Vice President/General Manager

John Schneider enters his eighth season as General Manager of the Seattle Seahawks, having been named to the position January 19, 2010. Schneider added the distinction of Executive Vice President in 2013. In his role, he manages all aspects of the Seahawks roster and draft process while working collaboratively with Pete Carroll in all facets of the football operations department.

Chief Operating Officer

Chuck Arnold is in his 24th season with the organization. Arnold is responsible for increasing revenue across Corporate Partnerships, Ticketing, Suites, and Retail, while overseeing the management of Marketing, Game Entertainment, Community Relations, Fan Engagement, and Stadium Operations.

Chief Financial Officer

Karen Spencer is responsible for the financial oversight of the Seahawks and First & Goal Inc.

General Counsel & Vice President of Government Affairs

Ed Goines enters his second season as the Seahawks General Counsel and Vice President, Government Affairs.

Senior Vice President of Communications & Broadcasting

Dave Pearson, in his 27th NFL season and 18th with the Seahawks, was promoted to senior vice president of communications, broadcasting and web content in 2015. 

Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration

Entering her 33rd season with the club, Cindy Kelley was promoted to senior vice president in 2015.

Senior Vice President of Operations/General Manager of CenturyLink Field

David Young joined the Seahawks family as Vice President of Operations /General Manager of CenturyLink Field in February 2015.

Vice President of Business Strategy & Analytics

Entering his third season with the Seahawks, Jeff Dunn was promoted to Vice President of Business Strategy & Analytics in June 2014, reporting to the CFO.

Vice President of Community Outreach

Mike Flood originally joined the staff on July 1, 1997. Flood served as Community Outreach Director for Football Northwest prior to joining the Seahawks.

Jeff Richards is responsible for growing, evolving and communicating the Seahawks brand, as well as developing data-driven fan engagement strategies to help internal and external partners connect with Seattle's fan base.

Vice President of Corporate Partnerships & Suites

Amy Sprangers is in her 17th season with the Seahawks and fourth as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Suites.

Chip Suttles begins his fourth season with the Seahawks as Vice President of Technology.

Vice President of Football Administration

Thomas joins Seattle after spending the previous three seasons with the Cleveland Browns in the same capacity.
