Preparation meets opportunity as the Seahawks arrive on football's biggest stage. Throughout the week, the team leans into routine, trust, and togetherness, embracing the moment while staying grounded in the work that brought them there. On game day, Seattle delivers a complete performance, combining a physical run game, disciplined defense, and timely plays in every phase. Kenneth Walker III leads the charge with an MVP performance as the Seahawks secure a 29–13 victory and their second championship. As confetti falls, the celebration reflects more than one night; it's the payoff of a season built on growth, belief, and a team fully aligned in pursuit of being the best in the world.

The Seahawks enter the postseason with the NFC's top seed and a well earned bye week. Seattle's path to Santa Clara soon unfolds into two showdowns against their division rivals.

With the regular season nearing its end, the Seahawks head to Carolina and secure a 27–10 road win over the Panthers, staying firmly in the hunt for the NFC's top seed. As the stakes rise, leadership within the locker room stands out as Julian Love returns from injury and makes his presence felt on and off the field, while rookie safety Nick Emmanwori continues to emerge after an early-season setback.

Attention shifts to a decisive NFC West showdown with the San Francisco 49ers, with the division title and a first-round bye on the line. In one of their most complete performances of the season, the Seahawks dominate defensively, limit San Francisco's offense, and control the game on the ground. The win secures Seattle the NFC West crown, a 14–3 regular season record, and the No. 1 seed, setting the stage for a playoff run back home at Lumen Field.

As the season moves into its final stretch, the Seahawks continue to find consistency through preparation and execution. A road win in Atlanta sets the tone in Week 14 before Seattle returns to Lumen Field, where Jason Myers delivers a career night with six field goals to secure a win over the Indianapolis Colts. Off the field, the team's tight-knit culture shows through in the daily work, while Rashid Shaheed continues to make connections in the Seattle community with a visit to Seattle Children's Hospital. The focus then turns to a pivotal Thursday Night Football matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, with two 11–3 teams battling atop the NFC West. Making their debut in Rivalries uniforms, the Seahawks face long odds late but rally from a 16-point fourth-quarter deficit to defeat the Rams 38–37 in overtime. The comeback not only delivers one of the season's defining moments, but also propels Seattle into playoff position and control of the division race. With momentum in hand, the Seahawks head back on the road for matchups against Carolina and San Francisco as the regular season reaches its final stretch.

Week 12 brings the Seahawks to Tennessee, where players take part in the NFL's My Cause My Cleats initiative, using their cleats to tell the stories closest to their hearts. With Ernest Jones sidelined, Drake Thomas stepped into the role of receiving defensive play calls, embracing the moment and the responsibility it demanded. Jaxon Smith-Njigba continued his standout season by setting the Seahawks' single-season receiving yards record, while also giving back off the field, joining families at Mary's Place for a Thanksgiving meal. The team returned home for a Week 13 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings, delivering one of their most complete performances of the season. With Ernest Jones back in action, he turned in a career day with two interceptions, a touchdown, and a leadership presence that earned him the game ball. The Seahawks shut out the Vikings 26-0, their first shutout victory in more than a decade. Momentum is building and Seattle's identity is taking shape.

A new playmaker arrived in Seattle, as recently acquired wide receiver Rashid Shaheed made his debut in a divisional showdown against the Arizona Cardinals. The defense stole the spotlight, with Tyrice Knight forcing two fumbles and DeMarcus Lawrence recovering both for touchdowns — a performance that earned the linebacker duo Nickelodeon Valuable Player honors. The Seahawks rolled to a 44-22 victory at Lumen Field, capped off with another round of Coach Macdonald's "Victory Monday" food trucks for the team and staff. The momentum carried into a high-stakes Week 11 matchup in Los Angeles, where Seattle battled but came up short against the Los Angeles Rams, hampered by key injuries and missed chances. Still, flashes on both sides of the ball showed a strong foundation worth building on and refining. Now, the Seahawks turn the page and head to Nashville for a Week 12 game against the Tennessee Titans.

The Seahawks continued their midseason surge with dominant wins over the Houston Texans and Washington Commanders, bookending a crucial Bye Week that allowed the team to recharge. In Week 7, Seattle beat Houston 31-10 behind Ernest Jones IV's forced fumble and interception, and a breakout touchdown from Jaxon Smith-Njigba. The Seahawks returned in Week 9 with renewed energy, rolling past Washington 38-14 on Sunday Night Football. Sam Darnold continued to build chemistry with Tory Horton, with two touchdown catches, while Elijah Arroyo and Cody White each recorded their first career touchdowns. Defense remained relentless with four sacks and an interception against the Commanders' offense. With talent across the board and a mindset focused on growth, the Seahawks head back to Seattle with 10 straight road wins and continue building momentum as they lead the NFC West.

Week 5 brought a celebration decades in the making as the Seahawks honored the Top 50 Players in franchise history, welcoming Seahawks Legends back to Seattle for a weekend of memories and connection. Sharing the milestone, both the Seahawks and Buccaneers marked their 50th seasons in a hard-fought battle that came down to the wire, with Seattle falling just short, 38-35. Refusing to dwell on the loss, the team responded on the road in Jacksonville, securing a 20-12 victory and their ninth straight road win. Now, the stage is set for Monday Night Football under the Lumen Field lights as the Seahawks prepare to host the Houston Texans.

The Seahawks carried their momentum into Week 3 with a dominant 44-13 win over the New Orleans Saints at Lumen Field. Rookie Tory Horton delivered a highlight moment with a 95-yard punt return touchdown, setting a new franchise record. Just days later, the team hit the road for a Thursday night matchup in Arizona, where Jason Myers sealed a 23-20 victory with a 52-yard game-winning field goal as time expired. Three wins in 11 days pushed Seattle into a much-needed stretch of rest and recovery. Up next, a marquee moment at home: the 50th Season Celebration game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with both teams donning throwback uniforms to honor their shared history.

The regular season is finally here, and with a divisional rival in the San Francisco 49ers on the horizon, the city is buzzing. After a back and forth affair with the 49ers, the Seahawks were left disappointed with the result, falling short 17-13. In the NFL, there is no time to dwell on the past, and that holds true as the Seahawks quickly turn their attention to the first road trip of the season, a Week 2 matchup vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers. With contributions from all three phases of the game, the Seahawks secured their first win of the season, defeating the Steelers 31-17. A return to Lumen Field and a visit from the New Orleans Saints is up next, as the Seahawks look to carry their momentum back from the east coast.

As the Seahawks prepare for their next challenge, their energy never falters, leading to a dominant defensive performance in a pivotal win over the Cardinals. With the team feeling closer together than ever, they head east for the first of two straight road games, united and looking to build upon their recent success.

With three straight divisional matchups on the horizon, the Rams come to town for a Week 9 matchup, where even a career day from Jaxon Smith-Njigba proved to not be enough as the Seahawks fell short in overtime. New addition, Ernest Jones IV, begins to settle into his new home of Seattle, where there are hopes that his valuable experience and energy will bring a spark to the roster. The second half of the season is always a sprint, but first the team will use the bye week to rest, refocus, and self-assess.
