6 WIAA football state champion coaches raised the 12 Flag prior to kickoff of the Seahawks' Week 17 season finale game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Director of WA Department of Veteran Affairs Alfie Alvarado-Ramos raised the 12 Flag before the 2021 Week 11 game vs. the Arizona Cardinals on November 21 at Lumen Field. Alvarado-Ramos served 22 years of active duty before retiring as the Command Sergeant Major of Madigan Army Medical Center and Troop Command at Joint Base Lewis McCord.
