Q: Can I register for accessible seating at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center?

A: Yes, accessible seating is available for all open practices and will be located near the practice field. Qualified individuals can view and select accessible seats during the registration process. You may register for 8 total seats. Up to 4 total guests can be seated together in the accessible section (e.g., 1 guest requiring the use of accessible seating + 3 companions). Additional companions will be seated in the general seating area nearby.

Please note that as with general seating, accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached for each individual practice, the accessible seating options will no longer display as available on the event seating map. All attendees must pre-register for accessible seating.

Q: Can my additional registered guests join me in the accessible seating area?

A: Yes, subject to availability; up to three companions may sit with you in the accessible seating area. Additional companions may be seated nearby in general seating zones.

Q: Where are accessible parking spaces located at The Landing in Renton?

A: Accessible parking spaces will be first-come, first-served in the main garage at The Landing in Renton for fans with the required placard, plate or tab, located at 810 N 10th St, Renton, WA 98057. Please enter The Landing in Renton garage off Logan Avenue North. Parking is not available at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

Q: Will there be accessible transportation accommodations from The Landing in Renton?

A: Yes, accessible bus transportation will depart from The Landing in Renton continuously. Guests who are registered for accessible seating and their group may all ride together.

Q: Where should accessible seating guests check in at The Landing in Renton?

A: Accessible seating check-in and mobile ticket scanning will be located on Level 2 of The Landing in Renton parking garage, just in front of the elevators and next to the accessible parking locations. After check-in you will be escorted to the accessible bag check and bus load areas. You do not need to wait in the line for general check-in and bus loading.

Q: Do you have Sensory Toolkits?

A: "I'M A-OK" Sensory Toolkits are available at check-in for fans who are on the autism spectrum. Toolkits include noise-canceling headphones, earplugs, a sensory toy, and an "I'M A-OK" identifier badge.
