2026 Season Ticket Holder Kickoff Gift Pick-Up FAQs

Q: Who is eligible to pick up Kickoff Gift on gameday?
A: Season Ticket Holders who are new in 2026, or those who did not redeem a gift during the online selection process in the spring, can pick up their Season Ticket Holder License Plate Frame on select gamedays.
Q: What is the Kickoff Gift?
A: Your Kickoff Gift is an annual Season Ticket Holder benefit! For 2026, your gift will be an exclusive Season Ticket Holder License Plate Frame.
Q: When and where can I pick up my Kickoff Gift?
A: Kickoff Gift redemption will be available during the September 9th game vs the Patriots and October 4th game vs the Chargers. The redemption table will be located near Section 141 in the Olympic Hall (Field Level) and will be open starting 2 hours prior to kickoff and during Halftime.
Gift Pick Up Times
- September 9th vs Patriots: 3:30pm-Kickoff, Halftime
- October 4th vs Chargers: 11:30am-Kickoff, Halftime
Q: How do I pick up my Kickoff Gift on gameday?
A: A mobile redemption card has been added to the Discount Card section of your Seahawks Mobile App. This card is unique to you as the primary Season Ticket Holder. Please review the instructions below and have your card ready to scan at pickup on gameday!
1. Log into the Seahawks Mobile App using the primary email address associated with your season ticket account
2. Tap My Profile from the side menu, then Pro Shop Discount Card
3. Locate the green card titled: 2026 Kickoff Gift Redemption Card
4. Present the mobile redemption card to staff at the pickup location to receive your gift
Q: Can a friend or family member pick up the Kickoff Gift on my behalf?
A: If you are unable to attend, please transfer the mobile redemption card to the person picking up the gift on your behalf. To transfer, tap the arrows in the upper right hand corner of your mobile redemption card to send to your recipient.
Q: What if I’m unable to pick up my gift, and no one is available to pick up on my behalf?
A: Please contact your Account Representative or STHHospitality@Seahawks.com directly to discuss alternate plans to pick up your gift.
Q: Can I request additional gift items?
A: Since all Kickoff Gifts are custom ordered prior to the season, additional gift items will not be available.
