2024 Season Ticket Holder Gift Selection FAQS
What is the background of the Season Ticket Holder Kickoff Gift?
As a season ticket holder benefit we deliver an annual gift each September as the regular season kicks off! While this gift has traditionally been a surprise, this year we invite you to select the gift you value most.
How do I select my gift?
Please visit the gift selection website and enter your season ticket account number and unique offer code. This information was sent via email, but can also be found in your Seahawks Account Manager. If you aren't able to locate it, please contact CustomerService@Seahawks.com .
How many gifts can I select?
Each Season Ticket Holder account can select (1) gift item. Please select your gift by Friday, May 3, 2024.
When do I need to select my gift by?
Please select your gift by Friday, May 3, 2024. If you don't make a selection before this date, you'll receive the Plush Fleece Throw Blanket as your kickoff gift.
What are the gift options I can choose from?
- Crewneck Sweatshirt (Unisex Sizing XS – 5XL)
- Plush Fleece Throw Blanket (50" x 60")
- Season Ticket Holder 12 Flag (3' x 5')
- $25 Seahawks Pro Shop Gift Card (Online Only)
- In lieu of receiving a gift, the Seahawks will make a donation on your behalf to the Women’s Sports Foundation or Soldiers to Sidelines .
Can I update my shipping address?
Yes, you can update your shipping address on the gift selection form. Any new address submissions will also be updated on your main Seahawks season ticket account.
When will I receive my gift?
Crewneck Sweatshirts, 12 Flags and Plush Fleece Throw Blankets will be delivered in September 2024 as the regular season kicks off! Gifts will be shipped via USPS mail and you will receive an email with tracking information. Online Pro Shop Gift Cards will be sent via email in September 2024 with a unique redemption code to apply at checkout.
Can I order additional gifts?
No, each Season Ticket Account is eligible to select (1) gift as part of the annual kickoff gift benefit.
Can I change my gift selection after I’ve submitted the form?
No, once you submit the form your gift selection your order is final.
Can I return or exchange my gift after I receive it?
All gift orders are final once submitted as we custom order the items. Returns or exchanges will not be available through the Seahawks Ticket Office or Pro Shop.
What sizes are available for the Crewneck Sweatshirt? Is there a size chart?
The Crewneck Sweatshirt is available in unisex sizes XS-5XL. Please find a size chart here.
