NFL CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

• Finished 2024 ranked first among NFL interior linemen in both sacks (11.0, second-most in career) and tackles for loss (career-high 16). Became the first Seattle player since Frank Clark and Jarran Reed in 2018 with double-digit sacks, and was one of two players (Myles Garrett) with two-plus sacks and three-plus tackles for loss in three games this season. Led the NFC (T3rd NFL) with 28 quarterback hits.

• Named NFC Defensive Player of the Month for December/January, the first Seattle player to be named Player of the Month since Geno Smith in October of 2022, and the first Seahawks defensive player since Cliff Avril in 2016.

• At the N.Y. Jets (12/1/24), became the first player since 1982 with multiple sacks (2.0), an interception-return touchdown (92 yards, longest return by a defensive lineman in NFL history), and a blocked kick in a single-game. Reached a top speed of 17.84 mph on his touchdown return.

• Missing both team's bye weeks after being traded from the N.Y. Giants to Seattle in 2023, became the first player to play 18 games in a season since Tony Kostos and Cookie Tackwell in 1930.

• Following his trade to Seattle in 2023, started all 10 games played, totaled 41 tackles, 4.0 sacks and 11 quarterback hits. In eight games with seven starts for the N.Y. Giants, tallied 21 tackles (13 solo), 1.5 sacks and five quarterback hits.

• Entering the 2023 season, played in 131 regular-season games with 122 starts for the Giants and Jets, including 60 games with 52 starts for the Giants. Career totals include 469 tackles (237 solo), 39.5 sacks, 162 quarterback hits, 59 tackles for loss, six forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, nine passes defensed, one interception and one blocked field goal. In two postseason games with the Giants, he has six tackles (two solo), two quarterback hits and one pass defensed.

• In 2020, Williams had the most productive season of his career while playing in all 16 games with 12 starts. His team-leading and career-high 11.5 sacks were the most by a Giants' player since Jason Pierre-Paul's 14.5 in 2014 and were 7.5 more than any of his teammates. He was third in the NFL with 30 quarterback hits and tied for sixth with 14 tackles for loss. He was also named NFC Defensive Player of the Week twice.

• In his lone Pro Bowl season in 2016, Williams started all 16 games and recorded 68 tackles (36 solo), 7.0 sacks, 11 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and 19 quarterback hits.

• He was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team in 2015 after posting 63 tackles (29 solo), 3.0 sacks, 21 quarterback hits and seven tackles for loss in 16 games (15 starts).

COLLEGE: Played in 39 games with 35 starts at USC, totaling 218 tackles (111 solo), 21.0 sacks, 36.5 tackles for loss, four forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries, two interceptions and seven passes defensed. In his final season in 2014, started all 13 games and finished with 80 tackles (48 solo), 7.0 sacks, 9.5 tackles for loss, one forced fumble, three fumble recoveries, one interception and three passes defensed. Named first-team All-Pac 12 and first-team All-America. In 2013, started all 13 games and recorded 74 tackles (32 solo), 6.0 sacks, 13.5 tackles for loss, one forced fumble, and two fumble recoveries. Named first-team All-Pac-12 and first-team All-American. As a freshman in 2012, played in 13 games with nine starts and registered 64 tackles (31 solo), 8.0 sacks, 13.5 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, one interception and four passes defensed. Named Pac-12 Defensive Freshman of the Year.

PERSONAL: Born in Bakersfield, Calif. Attended Mainland High in Daytona Beach, Fla. Named all-state Class 6A first-team by the Associated Press after his senior year at Mainland. Selected to the 2012 Under Armour All-American Game. Was also a standout in the weight throw for Mainland's track team.
