COLLEGE: Was a three-year starter for the Gophers and played four seasons after a redshirt freshman season in 2021. Started 39 of 46 games played in his career, collecting 97 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks and five passes defensed. Earned All-Big 10 honorable mention following his senior season when he posted a career-high 38 tackles and career-high tying five tackles for loss.
PERSONAL: Attended Shakopee High and led team to second straight 6AA Sectional Championship in 2020. As a senior, totaled 64 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, seven sacks, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. Was a four-star recruit according to 247sports and ESPN, and ranked as the No. 16 strong defensive end in the nation according to 247sports.
