OFFICIAL RULES

Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks ("Sponsor"), the National Football League and its member clubs, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, and their immediate family members (spouses, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and "step" child, wherever they may live) are not eligible to win any prize.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 AM PT on January 8, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on January 14, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period and meet the requirements in these Official Rules to be eligible to win a prize.

How to Enter: To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period (i) click the survey link in the provided email and (ii) complete and submit the survey.

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempts to obtain additional entries through multiple accounts will result in disqualification of all entries, including the first entry.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Tyler Lockett-autographed football (ARV: $500).

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes: $500.

Winner Selection & Notification: On or about January 16, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via email. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond to the Sponsor's notification within one (1) week and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If the potential winner fails to respond within the required time period or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded.

Verification of Potential Winner: POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND NO FURTHER ACTION IS NEEDED.

Prize Restrictions: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if necessary.

Disclaimer: Sponsor and any of its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, public relations firms, employees, and advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) phone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures beyond Sponsor or the Released Parties' reasonable control.

Release of Liability: By entering this Sweepstakes, you release Sponsor and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever and waive any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of, or inability to use any prize.

Privacy: Any information you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://www.seahawks.com/about/privacy-policy.

Winner List; Rules Request: For a copy of the winner list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope for arrival after the end of the Sweepstakes Period and no later than one (1) year following the end of the Sweepstakes Period to 12 Seahawks Way, Renton, WA 98056, Attn: '25 Wakefield Postseason Partnership Recall Survey Sweepstakes.
