On Thursday the NFL announced Legends and players who will announce picks during Days 2 and 3 of this year's NFL Draft. For the Seahawks, Richard Sherman and Shaun Alexander will do the honors of announcing a pick on Day 2 of the draft. Sherman will be in Green Bay to help the league with NFL Draft programming, as well as announcing the Seahawks' first pick on Day 2. Alexander will also be at the draft to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the 2000 Draft Class and he will announce a Day 2 pick as well.

The first night of the draft will begin in Green Bay on April 24th and run through April 26th.

Sherman played for the Seahawks from 2011-2017, was a fifth-round pick out of Stanford and was part of the Seahawks Legion of Boom secondary that helped the Seahawks win the franchise's first Super Bowl. He ended his Seahawk career with 368 tackles, 32 interceptions, 99 passes defensed and five forced fumbles. His dominant play in Seattle earned him four Pro-Bowl bids, four All-Pro nominations and a spot on the NFL All-Decade Team for the 2010s. 
Alexander was drafted No. 19 overall in 2000 and spent his entire career with the Seahawks. He rushed for 9,429 yards while scoring 112 total touchdowns in eight seasons with the Seahawks, earning first-team AP All-Pro honors to go along with his MVP award in 2005, as well as three Pro-Bowl selections. Alexander was inducted into the Seahawks Ring of Honor in 2022.
