The Seattle Seahawks face the Rams on Sunday, November 19 at SoFi Stadium as part of Week 11 of the 2023 season. Kickoff is set for 1:25 p.m. PT. Here's what local and national media are predicting:

Victoria Hernandez, USA Today: Seahawks 27, Rams 23

"The Rams made a statement by upsetting the Seahawks in Seattle to open the season. Since then, the two NFC West teams have gone in opposite directions. Geno Smith and Kenneth Walker III have found a rhythm for the most part while Matthew Stafford's thumb injury has led to two tough road losses. Seattle gets revenge on the road."

Safid Deen, USA Today: Seahawks 26, Rams 23

"Matthew Stafford's return from a thumb injury will be significant for the Rams in the second half of the season, but the lack of a consistent run game could keep him and Cooper Kupp from lighting up Seattle. The Seahawks were able to skate by the Commanders last week and maintain their position with the 49ers tied in the NFC West."

Jordan Mendoza, USA Today: Seahawks 27, Rams 25

"This is a must-win game for both sides, with Seattle needing all the wins it can get before entering a tough stretch while Los Angeles wants to fight for a playoff spot. The return of Matthew Stafford will be huge for the Rams, and it should give them a solid chance to beat the Seahawks again, but Seattle's offense wakes up this time for a close victory."

Bill Bender, Sporting News: Seahawks 27, Rams 19

"The Seahawks have quietly won three of their last four games, and they are 2-2 S/U on the road this season. Matthew Stafford is still dealing with a UCL injury in his thumb, and if he cannot go it might be a Carson Wentz production against Seattle. Geno Smith is coming off his best game of the season against Washington. The Rams did win this matchup 30-13 in Week 1, but the QB situation is less than ideal."

Pete Prisco, CBS Sports: Rams 23, Seahawks 20

"The Rams are coming off a bye, but will have Matthew Stafford back in this one. The Seahawks lost the Rams at home in Week 1, but they are a better team than they were back then. Even so, I think the Rams will find a way to pull off this upset."

Brooke Cersosimo, NFL.com: Rams 24, Seahawks 21

"Matthew Stafford is expected to return after injuring his right thumb in Week 8 -- great news for a Rams team that's been almost unwatchable with its backups, quickly dropping in the playoff race. Facing a team that Stafford is undefeated against as the starter since 2021 should inspire the confidence this group needs to get back on track. The Rams aren't likely to torch Seattle like they did in Week 1, due to Stafford's thumb, as well as L.A.'s iffy rushing attack and pass rush of late -- not to mention, a Geno Smith-led Seahawks offense that is slowly putting it all together. Seattle's defense could pose problems if it regularly pressures Stafford -- inherently throwing off timing between the veteran and his star pass-catching duo of Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua -- but I think L.A. does just enough to eke out the win for the season sweep."

Bob Condotta, Seattle Times: Seahawks 23, Rams 21

"The Rams are coming off a bye and as healthy as they've been in a while. And we've seen what they can do against the Seahawks already once this year. But this feels like the time of year where the team with more to play for figures out a way to get the win. Expect Seattle to pull out another close one."

Adam Jude, Seattle Times: Rams 24, Seahawks 21

"The Rams have largely had their way with the Seahawks in the Sean McVay era, and it's difficult to see that changing this weekend with a healthy Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp leading the L.A. offense."

Matt Calkins, Seattle Times: Rams 24, Seahawks 21

"Despite Seattle's success on the season, it has done little to show that it is anything beyond mediocre over the past several weeks. Sunday's loss won't be as brutal as the home opener to the Rams, but it will put the Seahawks in an unenviable position before their toughest stretch of their schedule."

Mike Florio, NBC Sports: Seahawks 28, Rams 24

"The Seahawks need to fatten up before staring down this quartet of stiff challenges: 49ers, Cowboys, 49ers, Eagles."
