Seahawks Workout At UW

Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson gathered a group of teammates for an offseason workout in Seattle on the University of Washington's campus. 

Wilson, who was joined by teammates such as wide receivers Doug Baldwin and Amara Darboh, running back J.D. McKissic and tight end Tyrone Swoopes, threw a ton of passes to the group of players inside the Dempsey Indoor facility. You can watch highlights from the session below.

The Seahawks start Phase 1 of their offseason program next week.
