The Seahawks returned to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center on Monday for voluntary offseason workouts after a shortened, but well-needed break. As head coach Mike Macdonald has mentioned, the Seahawks are taking a tiered approach for players returning to the building, following a brief break between their Super Bowl LX win and now, meaning all players won't be at the workouts until May.
Among the jersey numbers, all the latest free agent signings have been assigned their new jersey numbers, and a few Seahawks players have switched their jersey numbers from last season.
