The Seahawks suffered a tough loss to the Rams on Sunday, but came out of the game confident in where they're headed as a team.

Kenneth Walker III had three receptions for 44 yards, 67 yards on the ground and Seattle's lone touchdown in Sunday's game.

In a game where Seattle's offense had its woes, the Seahawks' defense was able to keep its team in the game until the very last second.
