Leading up to the Seahawks' regular-season home opener against the San Francisco 49ers, the club will celebrate Paul Allen's 20 years as owner of the franchise through a series of broadcast, digital, and game entertainment elements at CenturyLink Field.
Here's four things 12s should know about what's happening this week:
1. A Video Series On Q13 FOX
Moment in Time: Seattle Seahawks Allen Era 20 Year Anniversary, a 30-minute program highlighting the story behind Allen's acquisition of the team featuring a variety of voices involved in the evolution of the Seahawks franchise, will premier on Q13 FOX, the official television partner of the Seattle Seahawks, at 11 p.m. on Saturday, September 16 and again at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 17 following the team's game against San Francisco. The short film will also be made available to view online through Seahawks.com and the team's social media channels.
Starting tomorrow, Q13 FOX will begin airing a series of documentary-style segments exploring how Allen's leadership has laid the foundation for a winning culture in Seattle. Fans can catch the segments on Q13 News This Morning and Q13 News at 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 14 and Friday, September 15, as well as on Q13 News This Morning on JoeTV on Saturday, September 16 and Sunday, September 17.
2. A Chance To Win A VIP Gameday Experience
Starting today, Seahawks fans can enter for a chance to win a VIP Gameday Experience* for the team's game against the Los Angeles Rams on December 17. The package includes two game tickets, pregame field passes, a parking pass, a jersey signed by head coach Pete Carroll, a 12 Flag, and a $100 gift card to The Pro Shop.
To enter, simply share one of your favorite Seahawks memories on Twitter, and after the submission window closes, the team will randomly select a winner.

The team launched a landing page Wednesday showcasing how Allen has shaped the Seahawks' winning culture. On Thursday, the page will highlight Allen's philanthropic impact on the region, feature his passion for the fans on Friday, and on Saturday detail his commitment to achieving and maintaining excellence, both on and off the field.
4. A Pregame Ceremony at CenturyLink Field
The Allen-era celebration will culminate prior to Sunday's kickoff against the 49ers, when the Seahawks will honor Allen with a special pregame ceremony.
