he NFL awarded compensatory picks this week, and with that the full seven-round draft order. As expected, the Seahawks hold four picks in the 2026 NFL Draft, which begins April 23 in Pittsburgh.

The Seahawks were not awarded any compensatory picks, which are based on what a team lost and gained in free agency the previous year, meaning they hold four total picks, their own in the first three rounds, as well as a pick early in the sixth round that was acquired in a trade.

  • Round 1, Pick No. 32
  • Round 2, Pick No. 64
  • Round 3, Pick No. 96
  • Round 6, Pick No. 188 (from Cleveland)

The Seahawks will pick at the end of each of the first three rounds, the result of being the current Super Bowl champions, then do not hold picks in Round 4 and 5, having sent those two picks to New Orleans in exchange for receiver and return specialist Rashid Shaheed.

The Seahawks hold the seventh pick of Round 6, No. 188 overall, having acquired that in a 2024 trade that sent center Nick Harris, as well as Seattle's original seventh-rounder, to Cleveland. Seattle's original sixth-round pick was traded to Jacksonville during the 2024 season in exchange for defensive lineman Roy Robertson-Harris.
