Learn how the Seahawks promote reading across the state or compete individually to be the top overall reader in the Seattle school district area!

Summer Reading Steps

The registration window is open all summer long - but the earlier you can get a head start on your minutes - the better!

2. Read

It's time to put in those minutes! Download our Printable Reading Log below, and track how many minutes you read each week at home.

3. Share

  1. Share

Want a chance to be featured on the Seahawks Community Instagram? Share your latest reading adventure with us! We'd love to know your latest book and your minutes in progress.

4. Submit

  1. Submit

At the end of the summer, have your parents submit your TOTAL number of minutes read. This year, our submission window will be August 12 - August 16, so check back on this page during that week!

5. Win

We'll be awarding prizes to our Top Readers based on their minutes. Collect enough minutes, and you could be randomly selected for one of the prizes below!
