The Coach of the Year will receive a $2,000 grant for their football program, on field recognition at a Seahawks home game, and a Coach of the Year trophy! 

Guidelines To Keep In Mind:

1. Create more Diversity in your selections.
2. For Districts Reps. - are your selections representing the whole community in your respective Districts?
3. Importance of their games over the year – Big games or important victories for school and community. Significant victories in League, District or State play.
4. Current team record
5. Promotes good Sportsmanship. A win that supports WSFCA standards of fair play, sportsmanship, and safe competition.
6. Has the coach made a positive impact on the culture of the football program at the school? What was the football program's culture before they arrived?
7. Has the coach been an influence in the school community for promoting high school football?
8. Recognition of a major career win
