Wilson Shares Latest Danger Train Video 

Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson shared another video Tuesday morning of himself hitting the weight room with teammates and training at the University of Southern California's football practice field.

While providing commentary, Wilson is shown lifting and executing plays on the field with Seahawks wide receivers such as Doug Baldwin, Jermaine Kearse, Paul Richardson (a Los Angeles native) and Tanner McEvoy, to name a few. 

The Seahawks being their offseason program on April 18, but offseason training is a great way for Wilson and his wide outs to continue building their rapport with one another. 

"Most importantly, it's about togetherness," Wilson said in the video. "It's about bringing guys together to work and be on the same page — communication, getting the signals down right, getting the routes, and the depth and the timing and everything in sync. It's about bonding, too. We've been doing this for a few years now and it's been special because you get that bonding, but you also get that actual one-on-one work in the offseason …"
