Seahawks Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month With Visit From Seattle Humane Society 

The Seattle Humane Society visited the Virginia Mason Athletic Center on Wednesday, May 30, 2024 in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. Seahawks staff members took a mindfulness break to play with puppies from the Seattle Humane Society.

The Seahawks hosted a charity golf tournament, the Seahawks Classic, at Tumble Creek Golf Course at Suncadia on June 24, 2024. All proceeds from the Seahawks Classic will go to the Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health.

Seahawks Legends and staff, alongside Choose 180 staff, embarked on a weeklong trip to the south for a Black History learning tour confronting our country's history of racism. Led by Sankofa Impact, the group visited numerous southern cities to meet with Civil Rights foot soldiers and activists working in their community.
