Rylie Mills: "I Feel Better Than I Did In College"
Seahawks defensive end Rylie Mills speaks with renewed confidence heading into training camp, crediting coaches Justin Hinds and Aden Durde for their development work with him. After battling through injury — including wearing a brace during the Super Bowl — Mills says he finally feels like himself again, playing freely with the same edge he had in college. He highlights mentorship from veterans Jarran Reed and Leonard Williams, fierce daily competition against offensive linemen Anthony Bradford, Grey Zabel, and Mason Richman, and the support of the Seahawks' strength staff led by Mark Philipp.
