Willie Schneider enters his 13th season overall with Seattle, first as assistant general manager, following three seasons as director of pro personnel (2023-25), four as assistant director of pro personnel (2019-22) and two as a pro personnel scout (2017-18). Since moving in to a scouting role, the club has qualified for the postseason five times, won two division titles and claimed the second Super Bowl title in franchise history following th 2025 season. He originally joined the Seahawks as a scouting intern in 2014. In his previous roles, Schneider was involved in the club's NFL draft process throughout and provides input and analysis on draft weekend. He also helped direct a department that evaluates talent from NFL rosters and practice squads, along with talent from other football leagues, including the CFL. He and the pro scouting staff are integral in the team's strategy for attacking unrestricted free agency, the undrafted free agent process following the NFL Draft and year-round trade analysis. A graduate from the University of St. Thomas (Minn.) with a Business Leadership and Management degree, Schneider was a four-year starter at fullback. Originally from St. Paul, Minn., he is married to Hillary, and the couple has two daughters, Sadie and Charlotte.
