Lisa Young joined the Seahawks in 2005 and has since worked her way up through the organization's partnerships department over the years. In her role, Young oversees all business operations for the team's Corporate Partnerships group, including all departmental sales, as well as activation strategy and execution.

She was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Partnerships in May 2021. In her role, Young oversees all business operations for the team's Corporate Partnerships group, including all departmental sales, as well as activation strategy and execution. Prior to the Seahawks, she started her career in advertising at a boutique firm in San Diego. A graduate of Washington State University, Young lives in Woodinville, Wash. with her husband Jeremy and two children, Caroline and Harrison.
