Dunn joined the Seahawks in 2013 and was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer in April 2023. In his role, he provides strategic and analytical leadership across all Seahawks business operations and leads major enterprise initiatives, including stadium capital projects.

Dunn serves on the Board of the Seattle Sounders FC and the Board of Trustees of Alex's Army Childhood Cancer Foundation. He is the former Chairman of the Make-A-Wish Alaska & Washington Board of Trustees and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Portland Trail Blazers from 2011–18. Prior to joining the Seahawks, Dunn spent nine years in the private equity investment group at Vulcan Capital. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Greenhill & Co. in New York City after graduating from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 2001.
