Lumen Field continually ranks as one of the best stadiums in the country for fan experience and one of the busiest with over 2 million attendees and 300 event days annually. In 2023 Lumen Field was named Best NFL Stadium by USA Today and Best Live Music Venue by the Seattle Times. Fanovationâ„¢ is the Seahawks program of continual operational improvement directed at fan-centric innovations. One of these innovations has been a unique partnership with Amazon. As a result, Lumen Field has the highest number of concessions stands powered by Amazon Just Walk Out in all of sports. In 2023 Lumen Field piloted the first season-long Just Walk Out location for Retail.
The Seahawks are one of the top NFL brands internationally thanks to the 12s Everywhere fan engagement initiative. In 2025 the NFL awarded Global Marketing Program rights to the Seahawks in Australia and New Zealand to accompany existing marketing rights the Seahawks have enjoyed in Germany, Austria and Switzerland since 2024 and in Canada since 2022. Seahawks have long enjoyed a strong presence of 12s in the German speaking market and in the first full year of holding NFL Global Market Rights in Germany the Seahawks saw an increase of 16% in total German fanbase.
Under Young's leadership the Community Engagement team has deepened our commitment to the 12s throughout the region. Seahawks have supported Girls Flag Football through donations to high schools to fund the start of over 100 teams across the state of Washington. Through the Seahawks' efforts, Girls Flag Football has been sanctioned as a varsity sport in Hawaii, Alaska and Washington. Initiatives and projects across all six pillars of our Community Engagement program impact thousands of 12s around the region each year.
