Entering her 43rd season with the club in 2025, Cindy Kelley serves as Chief Human Resources Officer. She was previously Vice President of HR from 2011-20, after spending 13 seasons as Director of Human Resources. She oversees this area for both the Seahawks and First & Goal Inc.

Entering her 43rd season with the club in 2025, Cindy Kelley serves as Chief Human Resources Officer. She was previously Vice President of HR from 2011-20, after spending 13 seasons as Director of Human Resources. She oversees this area for both the Seahawks and First & Goal Inc. She began her career in 1983 in the finance department before managing the daily operation of the Kirkland office facility in the 1990s. Kelley is responsible for leading all human resources functions and developing strategies that meet the goals and objectives of the organization  including: policies and procedures, talent and diversity recruiting strategies, workplace culture, benefits, compliance, training, compensation, labor relations, employee relations, performance management, safety, and strategic planning. She also oversees administration, corporate hospitality and security. Born in Wichita, Kan., she is a graduate of Interlake High in Bellevue and earned her degree in communications from Washington State University.
