Field Day at Lumen Field!
Come step out onto the field like the players! In the coming weeks, Lumen Field will install brand new field turf as part of its regular schedule of turf replacement and field maintenance. Before we say goodbye to the existing turf, we are inviting the 12s to experience Lumen Field from beyond the stands.

Entry is free. All attendees must register in advance for a time slot.
What You Can Look Forward To:
- Access to the field
- Run out of the player tunnel
- Paint part of the end zone* (*weather permitting)
- Kick a field goal
- Grab a video of your best touchdown dance in the end zone
- Special appearances from Blitz, Seahawks Dancers, Blue Thunder

Seahawks Field Day Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a ticket?
Yes, tickets are required for entry. All tickets will be mobile delivery through the Seahawks Mobile App.
Are all ages welcome?
Yes, all ages are welcome. Children under age 3 do not require a ticket.
Can I only enter within my registered time slot?
Registered guests will be allowed entry anytime during the time slot they select during check out.
Will there be parking available?
Yes, free parking will be available in the North Lot and Lumen Field parking garage. While parking is available, we encourage fans to utilize public transportation. View our transportation guide to learn more.
Where do I enter?
Event entry will be at Gate 4 (just north of the Pro Shop on Occidental Ave.)
Will the Lumen Field Clear Bag Policy be in effect?
Yes, all Lumen Field stadium policies, including the clear bag policy will be in effect. View our  stadium guide  to learn more.
Will there be food available for purchase?
Yes, food and beverage will be available for purchase at the concession stands in the Olympic Hall.
Will the Pro Shop be open?
Yes! The Pro Shop will have extended hours for event attendees.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes, access to the field is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair escorts from Gate 4 to the Field Entrance available for guests with limited mobility upon request.
