A: Though similar, product availability does differ between online and in-store. Additionally, we have in-store exclusives and customized products that will not be available online.
Q: Can I return something in-store that I bought online?
A: Products purchased online must be returned online as well.
Q: I have a gift card. Can I use it online?
A: Physical gift cards issued by The Pro Shop can be redeemed in-store or over the phone only at the Lumen Field or The Landing In Renton Locations. Online gift cards (redeemable by email) are only for online purchases.
Q: I saw something on the Pro Shop social media account that I really like, but it isn't available online and I can't make it to one of the stores. Can I still get it?
A: You can give our Lumen Field or The Landing In Renton stores a call and inquire about shipping directly from the store!
