Seattle Seahawks 2024 Hawks Huddle Networking Event Visitor Agreement

Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks ("FNW") is pleased to host a 2024 Hawks Huddle Networking Event (the "Event") on December 16, 2024 at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, located at 12 Seahawks Way, Renton, WA 98056. BY ATTENDING THE EVENT AND ENTERING THE VIRGINIA MASON ATHLETIC CENTER, THE ATTENDEE (ON BEHALF OF THEMSELF AND ALL MEMBERS OF THEIR PARTY, HEREAFTER COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "ATTENDEE"):

1. Hereby expressly acknowledges and agrees that the terms and conditions of this Visitor Agreement (the "Agreement") shall apply to Attendee's (i) participation in the Event and (ii) all future visits to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.
2. Consents to being photographed and/or filmed during the Event and hereby grants Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks ("FNW"), the National Football League ("NFL") and each of their respective designees (collectively, the "Licensed Parties") irrevocable permission to use Attendee's voice, image, and/or likeness captured in connection with the Event in any media for any purpose, including, without limitation, for commercial purposes.
3. Assumes full responsibility for all bodily injury, death, and property damage occurring at or around the Virginia Mason Athletic Center as a result of negligence or willful misconduct by Attendee or members of Attendee's party. Attendee hereby releases, discharges, and agrees not to sue FNW and its respective owners, affiliates, officers, and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") from all claims and demands related to Attendee's visit(s) to Lumen Field.
4. Acknowledges and agrees that all claims related to Attendee's visit(s) to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Seattle, WA.
5. Acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Washington and agree that, if any portion of this agreement is deemed invalid, it shall be deemed amended to accomplish the objectives of the provision as originally drafted to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.
