Canadian fans have a chance to win the ultimate Seahawks game day experience! Enter the 12 North Bus Trip Sweepstakes for a chance to win roundtrip bus travel onboard the 12 North Bus, and two tickets to the November 30 Seahawks game vs the Minnesota Vikings. The sweepstakes runs from October 15 to November 3, 2025, and is open to Canadian residents only (excluding residents of Quebec). One entry per person is allowed. Winners will be selected randomly and notified by email shortly after the promotion ends.

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ELIGIBILITY:  The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) and who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.  Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of (i) Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks ("Sponsor"), the National Football League and its member clubs, and any of their respective parent companies, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, website providers, and web masters (collectively, the "Released Parties") and (ii) immediate family members (spouses, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and "step" child, wherever they may live) of each are not eligible to win any prize.

1. HOW TO ENTER: By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to be bound by and comply with these Official Rules. All decisions of Sponsor with respect to this Sweepstakes are final and binding without any right of appeal. All entries and all Release & Waivers provided to Sponsor become the property of Sponsor.

Entry: Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes between 12:00am Pacific Time (PT) on October 15, 2025 and 11:59pm PT on November 2, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, visit https://www.seahawks.com/promotions/seahawks/2025/12-north-bus-trip and complete the free online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided during the Sweepstakes Period.

Upon completion of all required entry steps and compliance with the guidelines and restrictions, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Entry Limit: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period/per day.  Any attempt to obtain additional entries, including through multiple or duplicate accounts will result in disqualification.

2. SELECTION & NOTIFICATION OF WINNER(S): Winning a prize is contingent upon entrant fulfilling all the requirements of these Official Rules. On or about November 5, 2025 (the "Draw Date"), Sponsor will select the names of three (3) potential winners of the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries.  Odds of winning will depend on the total number of valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  An entrant whose entry is drawn must correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to be eligible to be awarded a prize.  Each potential winner will be notified via email on or about November 7, 2025. If (i) the attempted notification is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address or the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified by Sponsor; (ii) any required documents are not returned as specified by Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designee (including, without limitation, Sponsor's Release & Waiver form and Sponsor's designee's Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk And Indemnity Agreement); (iii) if a potential winner is unable to accept the prize as stated; or (iv) the potential winner is unable to correctly answer the presented skill-testing question, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Except for the selected entrant(s), no other entrants will be notified about the results of the Sweepstakes.

3. VERIFICATION OF THE SELECTED ENTRANT(S):   A selected entrant whose entry is drawn is not considered a winner of any prize unless and until:  the selected entrant's eligibility has been verified by Sponsor; the skill-testing question has been correctly answered by the selected entrant to the satisfaction of Sponsor; and the selected entrant executes and returns a Release & Waiver in the form provided by Sponsor within ten (10) days of the date it is sent by Sponsor to the selected entrant. Non-compliance with the foregoing or with any of these Official Rules will, at Sponsor's discretion, result in disqualification of the selected entrant and, at Sponsor's sole option, an alternate entrant being selected by another draw. Sponsor is not required to inquire into whether the information provided by an entrant(s) on their entry is correct.  At its discretion, Sponsor may waive the requirement for any entrant to provide any or all of the requested personal information, and may declare any such entry or an entry containing incorrect information to be an eligible entry.

4. PRIZES: Three (3) winners will each receive two (2) seats on the 12 North Bus to and from Seattle, Washington, USA (ARV: $172 USD) on November 30, 2025 for the Seattle Seahawks game (the "Game") and two (2) admission tickets to the Game (ARV: $600 USD).  Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $772 USD.  Total ARV of all prizes: $2,316 USD.  The winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the acceptance and use of any awarded prize. No substitutions or cash redemptions of any prize are permitted, except by Sponsor which may at its sole to substitute the prizes for a prize of comparable or greater value. Sponsor shall not be required to award more prizes than the number of available prizes as set out in these Official Rules.

5. TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS: Sponsor's designee will provide round trip bus transportation for each verified winner and one (1) guest ("Companion") from Vancouver, Canada to Seattle, Washington, USA on November 30, 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, the trip is from Vancouver, BC to Seattle, WA and back to Vancouver, BC in the same day. Winner and Companion must be at least 21 years old and travel together on the same itinerary.  Winner and Companion are solely responsible for (i) making their own travel arrangements to the bus departure location in Vancouver, BC and for any and all travel expenses incurred if they miss the bus (on either side of the border), or if they are refused entry to the U.S. or Canada; and (ii) obtaining, at their own expense, all required travel documents (e.g., valid passport, visas/ESTA if applicable) and for satisfying all applicable entry and re-entry requirements. If either the winner or Companion is denied entry or re-entry to the U.S. or Canada for any reason, the prize (or any portion thereof) will be forfeited without compensation. No cash alternative will be provided; and no changes to travel dates, routes, or itineraries will be permitted once booked. Sponsor's designee will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or similar items once delivered to winner.  Any unclaimed or unused prize (or any portion of the prize package) will be forfeited without substitution and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner in accordance with these Rules. Any unused portion of the prize has no cash value and will not be awarded.

All costs not explicitly set forth in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner, and Sponsor will not provide any compensation or reimbursement for these costs, including, without limitation, Visa requirements, valid passports, travel insurance, spending money, meals, taxes, vaccinations, transfers, items of a personal nature, other ancillary costs, and any applicable insurance excesses.

Except for applicable manufacturer's standard warranties, the prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). 

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE:  The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for: any incorrect or inaccurate information; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; typographical, printing, mechanical, human or other errors or malfunctions; any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of any prize; or lost, incomplete, late, misdirected, undelivered, stolen, or mutilated entries. Each entrant releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, damages, demands, and liabilities of whatever nature or kind arising out of or in connection with the entrant's participation or attempted participation in the Sweepstakes, compliance or non-compliance with these Official Rules, and acceptance, use or misuse of the prize(s).

7. PRIVACY & COMMUNICATIONS:  By completing an entry, an entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of the personal information provided on the entry for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes, as provided for in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which is available at http://www.seahawks.com/about/privacy-policy. Entrants may opt to receive emails about products and services offered by Sponsor if they so consent on their entry. At any time, individuals may opt-out of receiving such emails via an "unsubscribe" or "opt out" link embedded in a Sponsor email, or by contacting Sponsor at 12 Seahawks Way, Renton, WA 98056, 888-NFL-HAWK ((888) 635-4295), or CustomerService@Seahawks.com.

8. GENERAL:  The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the Courts of the Province of British Columbia, and the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. At its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes without notice.
