Good afternoon, 12s.

Here's a look at what's "out there" for today - Wednesday, Feb. 3 - about your Seattle Seahawks:

Marshawn Lynch To Open Retail Store

Marshawn Lynch's "Beast Mode" brand will venture further into the retail business this Friday, when the Seahawks running back plans to cut the ribbon on his first official Beast Mode apparel store.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Lynch will return to the Bay Area this week near the site of Super Bowl 50 to open a store in Oakland - Lynch's hometown - that will offer shirts, sneakers, hats, and more with graphics "depicting Lynch's favorite icons."

Lynch, who has become an icon in his own right during his time with the Seahawks, will have Friday, Feb. 5 named "Beast Mode Day" in his honor by Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf, who will appear at Lynch's Beast Mode store grand opening at noon.

A portion of the store's opening day proceeds will benefit Lynch's Fam 1st Family Foundation, a charity Lynch established with his cousin, Josh Johnson - a quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, that aims to support underpriveleged youth.

If you're looking for more ways to support Lynch's foundation, a couple of his Beast Mode-branded jeeps are up for auction on eBay through Feb. 12, with the custom 2016 Jeep Wrangler starting at $90,000 and the "Baby Beast" Power Wheels Jeep starting at $2,400. According to each listing, all proceeds go to charity.

Tweet Of The Day

Today's "Tweet of the Day" comes from Seahawks wide receiver and former Stanford Cardinal Doug Baldwin, who shares a message to those committing to "Nerd Nation" on national signing day.
