Wednesday Round-Up: Jimmy Graham reaches out to heartbroken New Orleans Saints fan

A daily link round-up of what's "out there" about your Seattle Seahawks

!

Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's "out there" for today - Wednesday, March 18 - about your Seattle Seahawks:

Graham Reaches Out

When tight end Jimmy Graham was traded from New Orleans to Seattle last week, seven-year-old Saints fan Lexia Woods wasn't happy. Her mother, Ashley-Ann Woods, posted [video of an upset Lexia](https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=10101127637577264 "https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=10101127637577264

"Wherever Jimmy Graham goes is where I go, no matter what team," said Lexia. "He's going to the Seahawks. It's just not smart of them to let Jimmy Graham over there. He's a really good player and I like him and I want him to stay on the Saints."

The video went viral and caught the attention of Graham himself, who reached out to Ashley-Ann on Facebook and invited Lexia and her family to the Seahawks' first home game next season. Lexia and Ashley-Ann [appeared on ESPN's SportsCenter on Tuesday](http://espn.go.com/blog/seattle-seahawks/post//id/12426/jimmy-graham-invites-no-1-fan-to-seattle "http://espn.go.com/blog/seattle-seahawks/post//id/12426/jimmy-graham-invites-no-1-fan-to-seattle

We're No. 1

After one week of free agency, NFL.com put together power rankings of the League's 32 teams. The Seahawks are on top.

NFL Media analyst Elliot Harrison is the one behind the ranks, showing love for Seattle based on the team's trade for Graham and contract extension for running back Marshawn Lynch, "The Jimmy Graham trade certainly put this team a few nautical miles north of interesting. ... Meanwhile, the biggest move the Seahawks made -- and why they are at the top of these rankings -- was keeping Marshawn Lynch in house. He is truly a difference-maker, a modern-day John Riggins. Between him and Graham, who do you defend from the 1-yard line?"

Rounding out Harrison's top five are the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots at No. 2, Green Bay Packers at No. 3, Indianapolis Colts at No. 4, and Arizona Cardinals at No. 5.
