Guard Grey Zabel and safety Nick Emmanwori were selected to the Pro Football Writers of America's All-Rookie Team. Zabel drafted in the first round and Emmanwori drafted in the second round have both became impact players this season for the Seahawks.

Zabel, who started and played in all 17 regular season games was a steadying force on the left side of the offensive line next to Charles Cross.

Cross said Zabel's, "IQ of the game," is what stands out to him.

"His willingness to learn. He's a great guy, man. He plays great football. He's a great person outside of football."

After getting injured on the first drive of the season-opener, Emmanwori missed three games, dealing with an ankle injury. But when he returned, it looked like he hadn't missed any time at all. During the regular season, he started 11 of the 14 games he played in and had 81 tackles, 2.5 sacks, four quarterback hits and an interception.

"He's playing a lot of positions on this defense," Devon Witherspoon said. "He can do everything, literally. He can go play on the end, on the line of scrimmage, he can play on the second level, third level, no matter where you put him at. So I tried to teach him about nickel, but for the majority he's been doing it on his own."

The Seahawks are one of eight teams to have two All-Rookie selections.

"I think John and company did a great job with all the picks, top to bottom," Emmanwori said. "I think even, he's just shown in classes before, he's done great with picking players, but this class specifically is real special and [has] immediate impact players, even practice squad or the signed guys (in free agency), they're still around on the team. So, I think he did a great job and our class is definitely generational."

The Seahawks defeated the San Francisco 49ers in dominant fashion in the NFC Divisional Round matchup at Lumen Field. Check out the best postgame celebration photos from the win.
