Richard Sherman Talks Life With Newborn Son

Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman, whose girlfriend Ashley Moss gave birth to the couple's first child, Rayden, on Feb. 5, provided a brief update on what life has been like as a new dad.

"As you can see, I haven't gotten much sleep," Sherman said in a Bleacher Report video. "But, it's been a fun ride, man. He's a good kid. At this point, he'll just sleep, eat, look at you, poop and then repeat. It's been a journey, though, so far. It's been an adjustment. He has, obviously, different hours of sleep than us and I'm working on adjusting that - adjusting his hours more than mine. But the whole family's been here to support.

"It's always fun when you get a new member of the family," Sherman added. "It's exciting. It's invigorating to everyone. I think everybody kind of feeds off a new member. And we're grateful that he's healthy and wishing nothing but the best for him, and we'll see how it goes."
