Earl Thomas Shares Rehab Clip
Last Monday, Seahawks safety Earl Thomas shared a video clip of himself running for the first time since suffering a broken leg injury in December. Eight days later, he's made another step in his rehab process.
Thomas posted this video clip below on his Instagram and Twitter page today, which shows him once again working on his lower body. Thomas is working on a curved treadmill, which challenges the body and burns more calories than a standard treadmill:
This afternoon on Sports Radio 950 KJR, Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll had a positive update on Thomas' progress.
"All reports are that he's way ahead of schedule now," Carroll added. "He's running and he's really fired up about it, so look for 29 to be back in action."
