Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's "out there" for today - Tuesday, Jan. 27 - about your Seattle Seahawks:

Richard Sherman, L.O.B. Featured On SI Cover

Seahawks All-Pro cornerback Richard Sherman penned a new feature for TheMMQB.com where he opens up about his personal life, Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch, how the Legion of Boom helped make him what he is today, and more.

Sherman and the L.O.B. are the cover story on the Sports Illustrated issue that's set to hit newsstands on Monday, Feb. 2 - the day after Super Bowl XLIX against the New England Patriots.

In a related feature for TheMMQB.com, Robert Klemko takes a closer look at the relationship shared  by the Legion of Boom.

Klemko notes the cover of SI was supposed to be Sherman's and Sherman's alone, but the Seahawks cornerback wanted the entire Seattle secondary to join him. Ultimately, the two sides settled on five players - Sherman, strong safety Kam Chancellor, free safety Earl Thomas, and cornerbacks Byron Maxwell and Jeremy Lane.

And in one more related piece, Doug Farrar at SI.com has a feature on the leader of the LOB: defensive backs coach Kris Richard.

Marshawn Lynch: "You Don't Feel In Beast Mode, It Feels You"

Skittles shared a special press conference last night featuring Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch, who answered several entertaining questions in unique fashion. You can check out the full session with Lynch in the video embedded above.

Today's "Tweet of the Day" comes from Seahawks free safety Earl Thomas, who recounts the Seahawks' NFC Championship win in a blog on his personal website.
