!

Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's "out there" for today - Tuesday, March 31 - about your Seattle Seahawks:

We Dem Boyz

If you've ever wondered what the scene inside the Seahawks locker room looks like after a win, Bruce Irvin has got you covered.

The Seahawks linebacker shared an Instagram video yesterday of an all-the-way turned-up Seattle side.

Strong safety Kam Chancellor, cornerback Richard Sherman, left tackle Russell Okung, quarterback Russell Wilson and even head coach Pete Carroll can be seen bouncing up and down chanting "Hey! Hey! Hey!" in unison as Wiz Khalifa's We Dem Boyz  blares in the background.

"This how we turn up in the locker room after a win! #12thman" Irvin captioned with his video.

Enjoy.

Tweet Of The Day

Today's "Tweet of the Day" comes from the Golden State Warriors, who share a YouTube video of how Seattle coach Pete Carroll influenced the Warriors' Steve Kerr's coaching philosophy.

Kerr was a special guest at Seahawks training camp last summer and he notes key takeaways from his Pacific Northwest visit with Carroll. Golden State currently owns the NBA's best record at 60-13.

More From Around The Web

Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, who played baseball in college and two seasons in the minor leagues, participated in Texas Rangers spring training workouts this past weekend.

Here at Seahawks.com, Clare Farnsworth passes along happy birthday wishes to Sherman and Chancellor. Sherman turned 27 yesterday and Chancellor will turn 27 this Friday. And plenty of Sherman's teammates wished him a happy birthday via social media.

Defensive lineman Demarcus Dobbs finalized a new deal yesterday to remain with the Seahawks through the 2015 season.

The Seahawks are without a pick in round one of the 2015 NFL Draft after trading the No. 31 overall selection to the New Orleans Saints as part of the deal to acquire tight end Jimmy Graham. But the team still has 11 selections altogether, picks the club could use to trade up for marquee prospects.

Running back Marshawn Lynch (No. 3), Wilson (No. 26), and Graham (No. 27) are three Seahawks that show up on NFL.com's Big Board ranking the League's Top 50 fantasy football talents for 2015.

And Adam Rank at NFL.com ranks the Top 21 team nicknames of all-time. The Seahawks' "Legion of Boom" comes in at No. 16.
